1. Use of This Website

This website is provided for the purpose of presenting and booking Mount Lab Vault's cleaning services. By visiting, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

• You may browse, read, and use the contact form for legitimate enquiries about our services.

• You may not attempt to disrupt, copy, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the website or its underlying systems.

• Submissions made through the contact form should be genuine enquiries. We reserve the right to disregard and delete submissions that appear to be spam or submitted in bad faith.

• Access is provided on an as-available basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

2. Service Arrangements

• Booking confirmation

  A service arrangement is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Mount Lab Vault. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

• Pricing

  Prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to confirmation based on the specific requirements of your space. Confirmed pricing is provided in writing before any visit takes place.

• Cancellation

  We ask for reasonable notice if a visit needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in your service agreement.

• Fair access

  We ask that the space is accessible at the agreed time and that any hazards or special instructions are communicated in advance. Reasonable access facilitates the service being carried out to the agreed standard.

  Japan Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI)

  Mount Labvault operates in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報の保護に関する法律), as amended in April 2022. As an entity providing cleaning services for homes and offices from our office at 〒543-0001 Osaka, Osaka-shi, Tennoji-ku, Uehommachi 6-2-15, we are classified as a personal information handling business operator under the Act.

  When you submit a request through our contact form or arrange service bookings, we process only the categories of data described in this policy. We do not transfer personal information to third parties without your prior consent except where required by Japanese law, where necessary for the protection of human life, health or property, or where cooperating with national or local government authorities carrying out affairs prescribed by law.

  Under the APPI, you have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, cessation of use, or cessation of provision to third parties of your retained personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at +81 6-6771-4823 or through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period, not exceeding two weeks from receipt of your request.

  Records relating to cleaning assessments are retained for 3 years from the last completed service appointment, after which they are securely deleted. Cookie consent preferences are stored in your browser and may be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

3. Service Availability and Modifications

• Mount Lab Vault operates in Osaka, primarily in Chuo-ku and surrounding areas. Availability in a specific location can be confirmed on enquiry.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering with reasonable notice. Existing service arrangements will be honoured or an alternative proposed.

• In cases of unforeseen circumstances — severe weather, staff illness, or similar — we will contact you promptly and arrange a suitable alternative time.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — belongs to Mount Lab Vault and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

• Personal, non-commercial sharing of links to this site is permitted and welcome.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you have questions about any change, please contact us.
