Mount Lab Vault
A well-kept living room, light on clean surfaces

Service 01

A home that holds its standard, week after week.

Three hours, room by room, attended to with the care that ordinary tidying seldom reaches. The same team each time, the same standard observed throughout.

Back to home

What this service delivers

Your home attended to consistently, so that the standard you care about does not slip between visits.

A consistent result

Each visit follows the same agreed order and scope. You come home to the same outcome, not a variable one that depends on who attended or how the day went.

Attention to what accumulates

Switch plates, door handles, the back edges of shelves. These are in scope. They are the details that make a room feel genuinely clean rather than merely tidied.

A written note after each visit

Left in an agreed place: what was covered, anything observed that may need your attention — a developing scuff, a seal beginning to go — noted plainly and without alarm.

No repeated explanation

The same team returns each time. Preferences noted at the start are carried forward. You do not have to re-explain the arrangement each visit.

What tends to go unaddressed

A home can look tidy and still not feel clean. The two are not the same.

What ordinary cleaning skips

Most routine tidying reaches the obvious surfaces. The areas that accumulate slowly — the edges of things, the undersides, the handles touched constantly — tend to wait. Over time, the gap between how a room looks and how it feels widens in a way that is hard to pin down.

The inconsistency problem

When different people clean a home, the standard varies. Not because of a lack of effort, but because of different habits, different interpretations of scope, and different familiarity with the space. The result feels uneven and is harder to anticipate.

The effort of managing it yourself

Keeping a home to a standard requires regular attention that many people can give, but would rather not spend their available time on. The time reclaimed, and the absence of the mental tracking that comes with it, has a value that is easy to underestimate until it is no longer a concern.

How this service works

A structured three-hour visit, approached room by room in an order agreed with you at the start.

The visit covers living areas, kitchen, bathroom, washroom, and corridors. Within each room, we follow a consistent sequence rather than moving reactively between surfaces. This produces a thoroughness that reactive cleaning does not.

Products are chosen according to what each surface requires. A lacquered cabinet and a stone countertop are not cleaned the same way, and we bring what each needs. Nothing abrasive on finishes that cannot take it; nothing that leaves residue on surfaces that collect it.

You can be present or not, depending on what suits you. If you are home, the team works quietly and without disruption. If you are out, we leave when the work is complete and the note is in place.

What a visit looks like

Quiet work, a clear outcome, and a note left behind. The same each time.

  1. 01

    Arrival and settling in

The team arrives at the agreed time. On the first visit, a few minutes are spent confirming the scope and any particular considerations — surfaces that need care, areas to avoid, preferences about product types. From the second visit, this is already known.

  2. 02

    Room by room, without interruption

Work proceeds through the agreed sequence. If you are home, the team will be present in one part of the house at a time, moving through in a way that does not prevent you from using the rest of it. Noise is kept to a minimum throughout.

  3. 03

    The note, and then departure

Before leaving, a short written note is placed in the agreed location. It states what was covered and flags anything observed. The team then leaves without further interruption. No follow-up contact unless you want it.

Investment

¥17,000 per visit. No variable pricing, no adjustment based on who attends.

What is included

  • Three-hour visit covering living areas, kitchen, bathroom, washroom, and corridors

  • Surface-appropriate cleaning products brought by the team — you do not need to provide anything

  • Fixed team so that preferences carry forward without repetition

  • Written note left after each visit detailing what was covered and any observations

  • Cloths and mops washed between homes, not carried across

  • Quiet working practice when you are home

Scheduling can be weekly, fortnightly, or at intervals that suit your household. There is no minimum contract term. The arrangement continues for as long as it is working for you.

How we work

A standard is only a standard if it holds. This is the part we take most seriously.

Training before the first independent visit

Every member of the team completes surface-care training before visiting a home alone. This covers materials, product selection, and sequence — not a general briefing, but practical preparation.

No subcontracting

Everyone who enters your home works directly with Mount Lab Vault. There are no third-party crews brought in for busy periods. The standard is set internally and stays internal.

Adjustment after the first visit

After the initial session we check in. If the scope needs refining, or something was not quite right, we adjust before the second visit. Most arrangements settle quickly; some take a second pass.

94% of first-time clients continue

Across all three services, almost all clients who complete a first session carry on. That figure comes from seven years of records, not a single period. It reflects consistency more than anything else.

Our commitment

If a visit does not meet the agreed standard, we return and correct it. No discussion required.

You are welcome to raise anything about the visit within 48 hours. If something was missed or handled differently than expected, we will schedule a return visit to address it at no additional charge.

The first visit carries no further obligation. If the arrangement is not a fit after that session, you can leave it there. There is no cancellation process beyond letting us know.

An initial conversation — about the space, the schedule, and what you are looking for — is also available with no obligation. If you have questions before committing to a first visit, we are straightforward to reach.

How to begin

Starting does not take much. A few lines about your space is enough to begin.

  1. 01

    Send us a short message

Use the form below or email us at info@mount-labvault.com. Tell us roughly how large the space is, how it is used, and what frequency you have in mind. A sentence or two is fine.

  2. 02

We reply within one working day

We will confirm whether the service is a fit and propose a schedule. If there are details to clarify, we will raise them in that response.

  3. 03

    First visit, then a check-in

We carry out the first visit and check in afterwards. If the arrangement needs adjusting, we adjust it before the next visit. From there, you can leave it running with no further management on your part.

If Considered Household Care sounds like what you are looking for, the next step is a short message about your space.

The form takes two minutes. We will come back to you with a clear proposal — what is included, when we can start, and what to expect from the first visit.
