Mount Lab Vault offers three distinct cleaning services for homes and small offices in Osaka. The scope, duration, and pricing of each is set out below.
Return homeEach service has a fixed scope agreed before the first visit. The price shown is what is charged — nothing is added on the day.
All three services share the same underlying approach: a consistent team, surface-appropriate products, and a short written note left after each visit. The differences lie in which space is covered, how long the visit takes, and how the service is scheduled.
Service 01
Considered Household Care
¥17,000 per visit
A three-hour visit approached room by room in an agreed order. Coverage extends to living areas, kitchen, bathroom, washroom, and corridors, with attention given to the details that ordinary weekly tidying passes over — switch plates, door handles, and skirting edges.
Suited to residents who value a consistent standard over speed. The household may be present or absent — whichever is preferred.
What is included
A fixed team — the same person or pair each visit, so preferences do not need repeating
Quiet working practice when a resident is at home
Surface-matched products throughout — no single general cleaner applied to all surfaces
Cloths and mops washed between every property visited that day
A short written note left after each visit, noting what was covered and any observations worth making
Service 02
Kitchen Attention Session
¥19,500 per session
A half-day session devoted to the kitchen alone. Coverage includes hob and surrounding wall surfaces, extractor filter and casing, oven and grill interiors, sink and drain trap, refrigerator interior on request, and cupboard fronts.
Products are chosen according to surface material — stainless, lacquered, and stone finishes each treated differently. Appropriate before a seasonal change or ahead of guests.
What is included
Appliance interiors emptied and returned as found — refrigerator and oven contents handled with care
Products matched to each surface type — no risk of dulling lacquer or marking stone with an inappropriate cleaner
A note on any seal or fitting that appears to be beginning to fail — drain trap, door gasket, tile grout
Aftercare guidance for maintaining the result — which surfaces benefit from a particular treatment between sessions
Service 03
Small Office Weekly Care
¥23,000 per week
A weekly service for offices and studios under 100m², arranged before opening or after closing hours. Covers desks and shared surfaces, meeting rooms, kitchenette, washrooms, entrance glass, and waste separation in line with municipal collection rules.
Intended for small firms without facilities staff. The keyholding arrangement is recorded in writing, and a named coordinator is available during business hours.
What is included
Consumables monitored — a note is left when hand soap, paper towels, or other supplies are running low
Keyholding arrangement recorded in writing, reviewed at the start and if access arrangements change
A named coordinator reachable during business hours — not a general number, a specific contact
Waste separated according to Osaka municipal collection rules — burnable, non-burnable, and recyclables handled correctly
Visit scheduled around your hours — before opening or after closing, confirmed at the start of the arrangement

Small Office Weekly Care covers the full office footprint on a weekly schedule, arranged around your hours, with a named coordinator and written records.
